What is "Library Zoom"?
Using Zoom, you can communicate with and get assistance from the library staffs via videoconferencing. We can solve more complicated problems by transfering files, sharing computer screen or group video conferencing, for example, on:.

Access to library e-resources, such as databases, e-books, etc.
Turnitin
Reference management softwares, such as Mendeley, EndNote Basic
How do I use it?
You will need to download and install the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device to use the Virtual Information Desk service. Please also test your computer or device audio prior to connection. More information can be found at: https://zoom.us/download
When can I use it?
As long as the library is open. You can check the opening hours of library here.
